Cordelia McCoy. 90, of Visalia, went to be with the Lord on February 15, 2013. Cordelia was born in Palatka, Arkansas in 1922 to James and Minnie Miller. She met and married Van McCoy, also of Arkansas in 1940. Van went to be with the Lord in November 1995. They loved the Lord and their family. Cordelia was a wonderful home maker and a loving mother to her six wonderful children, Wayne McCoy and his wife Roxie of Medford, Oregon; Jim McCoy of Visalia; Steve McCoy and his wife Georgia of Mercer Island, Washington; Debbie Johnston and her husband Ronald of Visalia; Robert McCoy, and his wife Cindy of Bakersfield; and Judy Moll of Farmersville. She has 18 wonderful grandchildren, 27 wonderful great grandchildren, and 10 wonderful great-great grandchildren. She has 1 living sister Joyce Martin and husband Lester of Newhall, Calif. and one living sister-in-law Gertrude Lequia of Visalia. She was proceeded in death by her parents, her brother Jay Miller of Rio Linda, Calif; her sister Lorene Thomas of Hot Springs, Arkansas; and 7 weeks ago her sister Juanita Wright of Visalia. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Hadley-Marcom Funeral home at 1700 W Caldwell in Visalia at 10:30 am burial to follow at Visalia Cemetery.
