Carol Sue West

Carol Sue West, passed away on March 12, 2011 in Exeter, CA. Carol was born on November 19, 1944. She was the 2nd of 7 children born to James and Ruth Lowe. Carol spent her early years in Denver, CO before moving to Visalia where she attended school. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, grandson, 2 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by 4 sons Danny Bettencourt of Exeter, Bruce McKinney of Visalia, Robert McKinney of Corcoran, and Ronnie Burks of Exeter. 14 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 2 brothers John Lowe of Oklahoma and Phillip Lowe of Visalia, 1 sister Julie Parker of Visalia and her step mother Bessie Miller of Exeter.
