Cibby L. Romero

Cibby Romero, devoted wife and mother, lost her battle with cancer. She passed away in her home surrounded by her loved ones on March 15, 2011. Born on October 24, 1964, the long time Tulare County resident devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. Cibby is survived by her husband Daniel, her children: Ashley, Cory, Nicholas and Christopher, and her grand-children Gabriel and Andrew. A memorial will be planned for a later date for family and friends.
