Mary J Iden

Mary Jane Iden, 90, passed away on May 8, 2013. She was born on December 15, 1930 in Madera, CA to J.W. Meek and Clara D. Bebee. She grew up in Madera. In 1946, at the age of 15, she met a young marine named Charles Iden. January 18, 1947, she became his bride and they were happily married for 66 years. They had 2 children, Chris and Linda. Mom opened a craft store in Exeter and enjoyed running it for a number of years. Mom also enjoyed bowling, playing bingo and gambling. Mom was preceded in death by both her parents, her husband Charles and her sister, Imo Jean Dnagy. She is survived by her son Chris (Marie) of North Fork and her daughter Linda Fitzgerald (Leon) of Visalia and 2 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a future date.
