Juan Gonzalez Alvarado

Juan Gonzalez Alvarado aka Johnny passed away Monday, April 1, 2014 at St Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, CA. at the age of 71. He was born on June 25, 1942 in Sebastian, Texas. He married Consuelo Prado in November 1962. He was blessed with four children, Johnny and his partner Marcos of Visalia, Lucia Martinez and her husband Armando of Dinuba, Raul and his wife Marisa of Exeter,and his last born Francisco of Visalia. He was blessed with 8 Beautiful Grandchildren, Adam, Leticia, Angelica, Valeria,Veronica, Misael, Miranda and Clarisa. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Dora Rodriguez of Hillsboro,OR., Frances Caffren and her husband James of Beaverton, OR., Alicia DeVan of IN., Rosalva Fuller and her husband Mark of Cornelius, OR.,Aurora McGee and her husband Mike of Beaver, OR., Janie Cur and her husand Tim of Tigard, OR., Ramiro Contreras and his wife Margie of Forest Grove, OR., Rodolfo Contreras and his wife Cheryl of Newberg, OR.He is also survived by The Prado Family (Consuelo's Family)who loved him dearly. He was predeceased by his adoptive parents Raul and Consuelo Alvarado,his birth parents Filberto Chavez, and Eva Lopez Contreras, his brother Victor Contreras, and his in-laws Agustine L. and Lucia M. Prado. Viewing will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2014 from 4:00-8:00 pm with Rosary being prayed at 6:00 pm at St Catherine's Catholic Church in Dinuba. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 9:00 am. at St Catherine's Catholic Church.
