Clarisa Frances Wortman

Clarisa (Clare) Wortman, age 64, born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona passed away on October 8, 2014 in Visalia, CA. Clare was a retired Stanford Medical Center Surgical Technician. Clare is survived by her husband Richard of 45 years, one daughter Cristina of Atwater, CA and grandchildren. Clare will forever be held in our hearts. Memorial Services will be held at a later date in Prescott, AZ. Hadley-Marcom Funeral Chapel, Visalia is honored to be serving the Wortman Family.
