Alexa Rae Nunez

Alexa Rae Nuez, was born on Juy 18, 1992 in Visalia, California to Raymond and Jannis Nuez. Our beloved daughter/sister/aunt unexpectedly passed away on September 17, 2015 at the age of 23. Alexa received her high school diploma from the Visalia Adult School and then attended College of the Sequoias. While at C.O.S. she was pursuing a career in criminal justice. Alexa loved music and kicking back with her family and friends. Alexa is survived by her mother Jannis Olvera Nuez and her father Raymond Nuez Jr. She will live on through her brother Francisco Nuez, sister-in-law Mireya Nuez, and nephews Elias and Josiah Nuez. She also lives on through her sister Natalia Nuez , brother-in-law Christopher Romo, and nieces Emily and Eliana Romo, and her grandmother Naomi Reyna. Alexa also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that will always remember and cherish her. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Santa Nuez and her cousin Renee Torrez. A viewing will be held Thursday, September 24, 2015, 4:00-8:00pm at Hadley-Marcom Funeral Chapel, Visalia. A chapel service will be held on Friday, September 25, 2015, 9:00am at Hadley-Marcom Funeral Chapel, Visalia. Burial will be at Visalia Public Cemetery District.
