Rod Esser

     Rod Esser, 75, left us on Saturday, March 26, 2016. He was born on October 28, 1940. Rod's life will be celebrated by his wife, Dicki, his children Patrick, Tammy, Kathryn, Kenny, Paul; step-children Liz and Rick and many grandchildren.     Rod was a native of the Central Valley. He competed as a U.S. Navy Seal in the Southwest Asia War Games. Graduated from UC Berkeley and went on to a distinguished career with the CHP, DEA and as an Investigator with Tulare County until he retired in 2003.
