  Luisi, Valerie S. - 71  Has passed into Heaven to join her two loving sons Carl Dean Luisi & Kevin Lee Luisi on September 9, 2016. Valerie was born on November 17, 1944 in Omaha Nebraska to Roy and Winifred Crippen. She lived the majority of her life in Visalia, CA. She graduated Mt. Whitney High school in 1963 and promptly married her soul mate Frank P. Luisi of that same year. Valerie and Frank shared 53 loving years together. Val and Frank moved to Nipomo CA in 2013 to enjoy their retirement together. Valerie is survived by her son Darrell F Luisi and his wife Edi Luisi as well as her two granddaughters Jessica Luisi Sheridan and Kandice E. Luisi, and her first great-grandchild Jaylyn Cali Sheridan.
