Dannelly T. Labogin

July 22, 1968 — June 26, 2019

It is with heartfelt sorrow that we say goodbye to a wonderful son, brother, Father, uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend, Dannelly T. Labogin, known and loved by all as Danny.   Danny was born on 07/22/1968 in Visalia, California and passed on to be with Jesus on 06/26/2019. He loved our Lord Jesus and in his last days, would ask Jesus just to take him home. He left behind his 4 children who were his life: Helena Labogin, 25, Jacob Labogin,23, Lauren Labogin, 21, and Daniel Labogin, 11, 2 brothers, Eric and Michael Labogin and his sister, Deborah Masonheimer, and mother Susan Labogin.   Danny attended George McCann School, Veva Blunt Elementary School, Green Acres Middle School, Redwood High School, College of the Sequoias, and Pacific Conservatory of Fine Arts.  In grammar school through high school, Danny was a percussionist and would perform in programs done at First Assembly of God, where he attended for over 38 years.   Danny was always a hard worker and began working at 5 years of age, helping a neighbor with a paper route by folding newspapers. When he was eight years old, he had his own paper route and worked at that for many years. When in high school, he and his friend and fellow classmate, John Sharp began their own business as disc jockeys. They would DJ events and dances at the different high schools. Also while attending Redwood High School, Danny began working for Joseph Ashoori, jeweler. Later after marrying, Danny again worked for Joe until he began employment with the Tulare County Probation Department, where he promoted through the years and became level III probation officer. In 2008 he was celebrated as Officer of the Year. He was loved by his fellow officers and even the young people within his caseload. Danny was medically retired from the Tulare County Probation Department in 2014. He loved his career, but due to his health, had to retire early.   He loved helping people and had a servant's heart. He helped those in need especially the homeless. He spent time monthly at Walnut Grove Assembly of God distributing food to those in need in the local communities. He raised his four children taking them weekly to church, just as he was raised, knowing Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. And someday we will all be reunited again. We await that glorious day.   Celebration of Life will be held at The Rise Church, 5702 West Caldwell Avenue, Visalia, CA, 93277 on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 10:00 AM.
