Farid Suleiman Batshon

Farid Suleiman Batshon, passed away peacefully at home on November 11, 2024. Farid was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Batshon of 45 years and his oldest son Soloman Batshon. 

Farid was born April 1, 1940, in Jaffa, Palestine where he attended school. He emigrated to Michigan and was a standout soccer player for Michigan University. After college he moved to San Francisco where he met his wife, Sharon Batshon. In 1967 they shared in the birth of their twin boys, Solomon and David. 

Farid was a successful business owner of The Farmhouse Coffee Shop and the Great Escape Bar & Grill. Farid loved his family, life, and friends. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. Rest in peace.
